According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2014, the net domestic migration for Maryland was -16,296. Charles County had the highest net domestic migration (695) followed by Frederick County (446), and Worcester County (138). On the other hand, Montgomery County had the lowest net domestic migration (-6,787), followed by Baltimore city (-3,204), and Prince George's County (-2,598).
