According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2014, the net domestic migration for Massachusetts was -10,847. Plymouth County had the highest net domestic migration (1,619) followed by Bristol County (1,036), and Barnstable County (766). On the other hand, Middlesex County had the lowest net domestic migration (-4,615), followed by Suffolk County (-4,282), and Hampden County (-1,918).
