According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2016, the net domestic migration for Massachusetts was -30,252. Plymouth County had the highest net domestic migration (679) followed by Barnstable County (644), and Hampshire County (138). On the other hand, Middlesex County had the lowest net domestic migration (-9,606), followed by Suffolk County (-5,601), and Hampden County (-4,496).
