According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net domestic migration for Massachusetts was -24,724. Plymouth County had the highest net domestic migration (1,165) followed by Barnstable County (1,012), and Bristol County (988). On the other hand, Middlesex County had the lowest net domestic migration (-10,340), followed by Suffolk County (-8,033), and Hampden County (-3,155).
