Montgomery County had the highest net domestic migration (1,482) followed by Monroe County (1,362), and Northampton County (1,085). On the other hand, Philadelphia County had the lowest net domestic migration (-10,697), followed by Allegheny County (-8,091), and Erie County (-3,475).
