According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2011, the net domestic migration for Vermont was -594. Franklin County had the highest net domestic migration (204) followed by Lamoille County (104), and Windsor County (26). On the other hand, Windham County had the lowest net domestic migration (-276), followed by Rutland County (-244), and Bennington County (-159).
