According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net domestic migration for West Virginia was -2,158. Berkeley County had the highest net domestic migration (1,013) followed by Monongalia County (696), and Doddridge County (262). On the other hand, Kanawha County had the lowest net domestic migration (-488), followed by Raleigh County (-364), and Mercer County (-324).
