Pinal County had the highest net domestic migration rate (30.46) followed by Yavapai County (23.87), and Mohave County (20.86). On the other hand, Santa Cruz County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-11.76), followed by Greenlee County (-11.02), and Apache County (0.1).
