According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration rate for Kansas was -2.52. Comanche County had the highest net domestic migration rate (23.35) followed by Woodson County (21.02), and Elk County (17.24). On the other hand, Geary County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-37.97), followed by Stanton County (-36.96), and Greeley County (-33.56).
