According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2024, the net domestic migration rate for Kansas was -1.59. Dickinson County had the highest net domestic migration rate (15.11) followed by Clark County (13.39), and Anderson County (12.09). On the other hand, Morton County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-42.54), followed by Wichita County (-36.97), and Haskell County (-27.97).
