Crook County had the highest net domestic migration rate (17.17) followed by Campbell County (12.35), and Big Horn County (5.46). On the other hand, Carbon County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-22.02), followed by Sublette County (-19.67), and Sweetwater County (-14.44).
