According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net international migration for Alabama was 3,546. Jefferson County had the highest net international migration (446) followed by Madison County (398), and Lee County (392). On the other hand, Russell County had the lowest net international migration (-7), followed by Lawrence County (-6), and Jackson County (-6).
