According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net international migration for Alaska was 1,078. Anchorage Borough had the highest net international migration (490) followed by Fairbanks North Star Borough (88), and Kodiak Island Borough (83). On the other hand, Yukon-Koyukuk Borough had the lowest net international migration (0), followed by Lake and Peninsula Borough (0), and Bristol Bay Borough (0).

Net International migration for a given county refers to the difference between the number of people moving to the county from other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) and the number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States.
