According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net international migration for Iowa was 7,112. Polk County had the highest net international migration (1,579) followed by Johnson County (729), and Linn County (484). On the other hand, Lee County had the lowest net international migration (-5), followed by Emmet County (-4), and Iowa County (-2).
