According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net international migration for Massachusetts was 48,583. Middlesex County had the highest net international migration (14,052) followed by Suffolk County (11,678), and Essex County (5,598). On the other hand, Dukes County had the lowest net international migration (51), followed by Nantucket County (55), and Franklin County (186).
