According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2020, the net international migration for Pennsylvania was 14,523. Philadelphia County had the highest net international migration (4,153) followed by Allegheny County (1,303), and Lehigh County (1,033). On the other hand, Sullivan County had the lowest net international migration (0), followed by Jefferson County (0), and Fulton County (0).
