According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2011, the net international migration rate for Mississippi was 0.82. Scott County had the highest net international migration rate (3.81) followed by Oktibbeha County (2.66), and Lafayette County (2.54). On the other hand, Leake County had the lowest net international migration rate (-0.34), followed by Benton County (-0.34), and Tallahatchie County (-0.2).
