According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net international migration rate for Wyoming was 1.22. Albany County had the highest net international migration rate (7.48) followed by Sweetwater County (3.02), and Teton County (2.57). On the other hand, Washakie County had the lowest net international migration rate (-0.88), followed by Platte County (-0.35), and Sublette County (-0.31).

Net International migration rate for a given county refers to the difference between number of people moving to the county from other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) and the number of people moving out of the county to other parts of the world outside the borders of the United States per 1,000 of the mid-year population of the county.
