According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Arizona was 9.69. Pinal County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (21.32) followed by Yavapai County (18.14), and Greenlee County (12.88). On the other hand, Apache County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-16), followed by Graham County (-14.1), and Santa Cruz County (-9.65).

Net migration rate for a county refers to the difference between the number of migrants, both domestic and international, moving to the county and those leaving the county per 1,000 of the county's mid-year population.
