According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Arizona was 10.91. Pinal County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (30.14) followed by Yavapai County (21.08), and Mohave County (15.28). On the other hand, Greenlee County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-30.59), followed by Graham County (-15.97), and Cochise County (-7.35).
