Pinal County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (44.92) followed by Yavapai County (32.14), and Mohave County (26.52). On the other hand, Greenlee County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-17.67), followed by Coconino County (-16.68), and Apache County (-2.07).
