According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Arkansas was 2.23. Benton County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (20.7), followed by Izard County (18.62), and Calhoun County (17.02). On the other hand, Phillips County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-27.09), followed by Chicot County (-24.18), and Mississippi County (-20.22).
