According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Arkansas was 1.16. Fulton County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (21.8) followed by Randolph County (21.34), and Marion County (18.38). On the other hand, Phillips County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-30.62), followed by Dallas County (-25.25), and Mississippi County (-21.72).
