According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2014, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Colorado was 9.25. Crowley County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (47.62), followed by Gilpin County (35.96), and Jackson County (30.85). On the other hand, Hinsdale County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-45.71), followed by Mineral County (-43.21), and Kit Carson County (-31.93).
