According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Colorado was 8.2. Crowley County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (99.68), followed by Custer County (59.95), and Archuleta County (34.12). On the other hand, Kit Carson County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-68.2), followed by Sedgwick County (-30.13), and Rio Blanco County (-16.09).
