According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2016, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Kentucky was 0.47. Scott County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (17.68), followed by Henry County (17.58), and Warren County (14.55). On the other hand, Christian County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-30.78), followed by Martin County (-25.23), and McCreary County (-20.06).
