According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Maryland was -3.6. Frederick County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (20.55), followed by Queen Anne's County (15.14), and Worcester County (15.02). On the other hand, Prince George's County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-13.97), followed by Baltimore city (-12.81), and Montgomery County (-8.03).
