According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Oklahoma was 7.17. McClain County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (40.56), followed by Canadian County (39.86), and Wagoner County (35.41). On the other hand, Texas County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-24.44), followed by Cimarron County (-17.2), and Harmon County (-16.4).
