According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2015, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Tennessee was 5.31. Williamson County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (24.77), followed by Rutherford County (24.32), and Wilson County (23.52). On the other hand, Lauderdale County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-17.47), followed by Houston County (-12.48), and Haywood County (-12.24).
