According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Tennessee was 7.83. Wilson County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (26.34), followed by Benton County (23.01), and Williamson County (22.45). On the other hand, Haywood County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-16.4), followed by Crockett County (-9.33), and Hardeman County (-5.83).
