According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Texas was 8. Garza County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (84.73), followed by Kaufman County (72.12), and Comal County (70.95). On the other hand, Reeves County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-119.57), followed by Loving County (-100.84), and Ward County (-50.01).
