Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the 10,308,442 population of Georgia comprised of 962,703 people who identified as Hispanic (9.34%), and 9,345,739 people who identified as Non-Hispanic (90.66%).

Race: The White Alone population was the largest racial group in Georgia, with a population of 6,301,676 (61.13%). Black or African American Alone population was the second largest racial group in Georgia, with a population of 3,303,996 (32.05%). Asian Alone population was the third largest racial group in Georgia, with a population of 423,322 (4.11%).

Ethnicity: The White Alone - Non Hispanic population was the largest ethnic group in Georgia, with a population of 5,505,549 (53.41%). Black or African American Alone - Non Hispanic population was the second largest ethnic group in Georgia, with a population of 3,212,732 (31.17%).
