Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, among all North Carolina counties, Hoke County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (2.14%), followed by Cumberland County (2.07%), and Forsyth County (1.97%).
