Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, among all Pennsylvania counties, Lehigh County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (4.74%), followed by Berks County (3.79%), and Philadelphia County (3.35%).
