Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all Arizona counties, Santa Cruz County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic or Latino (83.09%), followed by Yuma County (63.81%), and Greenlee County (46.21%).
