Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, among all Arizona counties, Maricopa County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (5.91%), followed by Pinal County (5.2%), and Cochise County (3.98%).
