Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all Georgia counties, Hancock County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (71.7%), followed by Dougherty County (71.01%), and Clayton County (70.19%).
