Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, among all Louisiana counties, East Carroll Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (68.28%), followed by Madison Parish (62.07%), and St. John the Baptist Parish (58.05%).
