Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (29.67%), followed by Hamilton County (26.1%), and Franklin County (23.29%).
