Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (29.67%), followed by Hamilton County (26.14%), and Franklin County (23.7%).
