Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (29.54%), followed by Hamilton County (26.15%), and Franklin County (24.06%).
