Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all Washington counties, Lincoln County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (90.29%), followed by Asotin County (89.6%), and Pend Oreille County (88.74%).
