Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, among all Connecticut counties, Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as White Alone (92.5%), followed by Northwest Hills Planning Region (90.28%), and Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region (87.39%).
