Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, among all US counties, Los Angeles, CA had the highest number of people who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (2.44M), followed by Maricopa, AZ (2.44M), and Cook, IL (2.07M).
