Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2024, among all US states and DC, South Carolina had the highest net domestic migration rate (12.52), followed by Idaho (8.25), and Delaware (7.81).

On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-6.46) followed by New York (-6.11), and California (-6.09).
