Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all US states and DC, Maine had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as White Alone (94.30%), followed by Vermont (94.13%), and West Virginia (93.24%).

On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as White Alone (24.98%), followed by District of Columbia (45.69%), and Maryland (58.07%).
