According to the CDC data, in 2021, the life expectancy for 99 year olds in the US was 2.3 years. The Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native ethnicity group had the highest life expectancy (3.7 years), followed by the Non-Hispanic Black or African American ethnicity group (2.7 years), and the Hispanic or Latino ethnicity group (2.6).
