WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Old Navy LLC, of San Francisco, Calif., is voluntarily recalling Children's Zippered Outerwear. The plastic zipper pull can detach from the zipper, posing a choking hazard to young children.Name of product: Children's Zippered OuterwearUnits: 666,000Manufacturer: Old Navy LLC, of San Francisco, Calif.Hazard: The plastic zipper pull can detach from the zipper, posing a choking hazard to young children.Incidents/Injuries: Old Navy has received 13 reports of the zipper pulls detaching, including one report of a child mouthing the object. No injuries have been reported.Description: This recall involves children's outerwear garments with a clear, oval-shaped zipper pull. The garments were sold in sizes 6 months to 4T. Style numbers are printed on a white label sewn into the garment.
