According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2024 Q1, $181.00K new houses were sold in the US. 133.00K (74%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 25.00K (14%) were bought with FHA financing, and 12.00K (7%) were bought with Cash financing.
