According to data from the World Bank, in 1973, Libya had the highest GDP Per Capita (US$ 3,727.39), followed by South Africa (US$ 1,369.16), and Guinea (US$ 1,143.3).

On the other hand, Rwanda had the lowest GDP Per Capita (US$ 66.91).
